1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ku911 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing any game, placing a wager, or making a deposit on ku911, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

• You must not already have an existing ku911 account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3Account Registration & Verification

When you register for a ku911 account, you are required to submit a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. ku911 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above the standard threshold.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification is grounds for immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• ku911 reserves the right to request supplementary documents (National ID, passport, utility bill) at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Accounts showing signs of identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion with other players will be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

ku911 supports deposits and withdrawals via leading Bangladeshi mobile financial services and banking channels. All monetary values on this platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500, unless otherwise stated in active promotional terms.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. ku911 processes approved withdrawals within 1-3 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or public holidays in Bangladesh.

ku911 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including creating duplicate accounts to claim the same offer — will be voided and the associated accounts permanently closed.

6Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy

ku911 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI prediction tools, or any non-human method to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players, syndicate betting for guaranteed-profit arbitrage, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or game outcomes.
• Money laundering, depositing funds from illegal sources, or attempting to use the ku911 platform for any transaction that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

7Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, images, text, and other materials on the ku911 platform are the exclusive property of ku911 or its content licensors. • User-generated content submitted to ku911 (such as support messages or feedback) grants ku911 a non-exclusive licence to use such content for service improvement purposes.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be submitted to ku911's customer support team for good-faith resolution within 30 calendar days of the dispute being raised.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within that period, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration. ku911's decisions regarding account standing, bonus eligibility, and game outcomes are final, subject only to demonstrable technical error supported by server-side logs.

11Amendments & Termination

ku911 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, amend, suspend, or terminate all or part of the platform's services. In the event of termination, ku911 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players and allow withdrawal of verified funds subject to these Terms.

• You may close your ku911 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.
• ku911 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior notice will be sent to the registered contact before closure.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, prohibited activities, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination of your account or these Terms.
